Chip removal and dust control are major issues related to environmental pollution and operator health. Wet cutting machines typically use a water spraying device for chip removal, while dry cutting machines require a dust extraction system.

Wet Spraying: Tap water is usually included with the machine. Secure one end of the hose to the tap and the other end to the spray nozzle on the machine frame, tightening it securely. Turn on the tap and the water valve on the machine frame accessory to spray water. The water flow rate should be adjusted appropriately.

When using a water tank, it is generally required that the tank be at least 80mm above the working surface to ensure sufficient water pressure and spray volume.

Dry Dust Removal: The simplest method is to use a dust bag. Otherwise, a separate dust extraction system must be installed, especially in long-term operation environments.
