Preparation Before Cutting
1. Before use, carefully check the equipment's performance to ensure all components are in good working order.

2. Thoroughly check the power switch, saw blade tension, saw blade guard, or safety baffle. The operating table must be stable, and sufficient lighting is required for nighttime operation.

3. Before use, turn on the main switch and test run it a few times under no-load. Start the machine only after confirming it is safe to do so.

4. Before operation, check that the power supply matches the standard 220VA rated voltage on the power tool to avoid connecting it to a 380VA power supply.

Cutting Precautions
1. Maintain full concentration while operating the cutting machine. Keep a clear head and operate the power tool rationally. Never operate the cutting machine while fatigued, under the influence of alcohol, or after taking stimulants or drugs.

2. The power cord must be safe and reliable. Do not tamper with it. Be careful with the power cord's placement to prevent it from being cut. Before use, carefully check the equipment's performance to ensure all components are in good working order.

3. Wear appropriate work clothes; do not wear overly loose clothing, and do not wear jewelry or have long hair. Wearing gloves or operating the machine with cuffs unbuttoned is strictly prohibited.

4. Workpieces must be securely clamped; cutting must not begin if the workpiece is not firmly clamped.

5. Do not grind burrs on the surface of the grinding wheel to prevent the wheel from breaking.

6. The operator must be away from the front of the grinding wheel during cutting and wear safety goggles.

7. Do not use damaged grinding wheels. Prevent sparks from flying during cutting and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.

8. Clamp the workpiece securely and stably. The protective cover must be installed correctly. After clamping, run the machine without load to check for vibration and abnormal noise.

9. When changing to a new cutting disc or grinding wheel, do not tighten the locking nut excessively to prevent the saw blade or grinding wheel from breaking.

10. Hold the cutting machine handle firmly and apply even, vertical force when cutting. The fixed end must be secure and reliable.

11. Do not attempt to cut small workpieces that are not clamped tightly or profiles with severely sharp edges.

12. To improve work efficiency, always ensure proper clamping and positioning before sawing single or multiple pieces together.

13. Do not perform forceful sawing operations. Wait until the motor reaches full speed before cutting.

14. No one is allowed to stand behind the saw. Disconnect the power immediately in case of power failure, rest, or leaving the work area.

15. Do not remove any hand from the saw or workpiece or raise your arm while the saw blade is still on.

16. Do not operate the machine if the protective cover is not in place. Do not place your hands within 15 cm of the saw blade. Do not lean over or around the saw. A 45-degree angle to the side is recommended when operating the machine.

17. If any abnormal noise is heard, stop immediately and inspect the machine. Disconnect the power and wait for the saw blade to completely stop before repairing or replacing parts.

18. When using the cutting machine in a damp environment, stand on an insulating mat or dry wooden board. When using the equipment at heights or in hazardous areas such as explosion-proof zones, proper safety precautions must be taken.

19. If the equipment experiences vibration or other malfunctions, it should be stopped immediately for repair. Working while ill, under the influence of stimulants, or under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Gloves must not be worn during operation. If dust is generated during operation, a mask or face shield must be worn.

20. After processing, the power should be turned off, and the equipment and surrounding area should be cleaned.
