Main Function
HRMS-45 Digital superficial Rockwell hardness tester adopts the high resolution color touch screen, it can show and set the present scale, test force, test indenter, dwell time and hardness conversion. The instrument adopts the dead weight loading mechanism. During operation, do the manual pre-loading until it beeps, the instrument will automatically load, dwell, unload, and display the hardness value. The operation is convenient and the display is intuitive.

Features
- The main body adopts cast iron structure which minimizes the deformation. The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than half a year, and its physical properties are stable.
- After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches 35~40HRC, which has stable structure and wear resistance.
- The weights and lever are manufactured and calibrated by classic techniques, with high accuracy and can be fine tuned through mechanical structures.
- 5.6 inch HD touch screen display and operation, dynamic image display of operation process and beeping prompts.
- It supports for superficial Rockwell hardness scales, after selecting the scale it prompts the selection of corresponding indenter and test force, and the test force is switched by rotating the knob.
- It supports the conversion of various hardness scales in real time.
- It supports upper and lower limit settings and has the function of arc correction compensation.
- Real time saving of hardness test results, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, mean, standard deviation, repeatability, etc., with multiple folder selection, optional deletion and printing output.
- Built in thermal printer with fast printing speed, and equipped with USB interface for users to output the data.
Application Range
Suitable for surface quenched steel, surface heat treating and chemical treating materials, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, sheet, zinc layers, chrome layers, tin layers, bearing steel and cold and hard casting etc.

FAQ
Q: Should I choose manual hardness tester or fully automatic hardness tester?
A: It mainly depends on your testing requirements. Manual hardness testers are inexpensive and have a sturdy and durable mechanical structure, but they rely on the skills and experience of operators, resulting in lower testing efficiency. The fully automatic hardness tester can achieve one click measurement, with high efficiency and good consistency of results, suitable for large-scale testing.
Q: How should the force range be determined when selecting a hardness tester?
A: The choice of force range for a hardness tester directly depends on the hardness testing scale you need to use. Each standard hardness scale strictly specifies its corresponding test force and indenter type. You need to determine the required ruler based on the tested material and application standards, and the standard force value corresponding to the ruler is the range you should choose.
Q: Can we provide non-standard customized equipment?
A: Of course. As a professional test machine manufacturer, we possess strong R&D and design capabilities. If you have special test fixtures, test environments (such as high and low temperatures), control logic, or data analysis requirements, we can provide you with professional customized solutions.
