560RSSZ Automatic Rockwell hardness tester with a good aesthetic aspect, complete functions, easy operation, intuitive display and good reliability, is a high-tech product combining the mechanic and electric features. The instrument has removed weights and adopted closed-loop load cell control, which can perform hardness testing on all Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales with one click operation and automatic completion of testing.

- The main body adopts cast aluminum structure which minimizes the deformation.
- The structure realizes a 1:1 high-precision gravity sensing system combined with zero gap ball screw force control, to ensure precise and error free loading every time.
- After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches 35~40HRC, which is beneficial for the stability of the testing data at different heights during lifting.
- With LED light sources around the indenter to clearly observe the testing process.
- 8 inch HD touch screen display and operation, equipped with dynamic curve graphs, real-time monitoring of the operation status of force sensors and displacement sensors, and synchronous display of test depth.
- It supports the selection of all Rockwell and superficial Rockwell hardness scales, supports the conversion of various hardness scales, and has the function of arc correction compensation.
- The test table can quickly rise or descend with jog operation.
- One click completion of sample lifting, loading, dwelling, and unloading, displaying the hardness value, and returning the test table to its initial position.
- Equipped with data storage, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation, repeatability, etc. Test results can be selectively deleted, support printing output, USB port for outputting Excel files, and RS232 port for connecting to a computer for output.

We recommend users undergo periodic third-party metrological verification (usually annually) to ensure long-term accuracy.
Q: What functions does your experimental software support?
A: The system is linked to a hardness tester through a serial port to achieve test force sensing, turret/loading control, and automatic reading. It supports automatic focusing and image acquisition. Automatically measure indentation vertices, support diagonal/four point measurement, and automatically convert hardness values such as Brinell and Rockwell. Generate graphic and textual reports, collect multiple indentation data, easy to operate, and can be mastered in half a day of training. It can still stably read non ideal indentation, with both manual/automatic reading, hardness conversion, and report generation functions, and good repeatability.
