Introduction

 

DPF-2 is a metallographic sample preparation machine which combines electrolytic polishing and etching function, suitable for use in factories, universities, research institutions and other laboratories. The machine uses the electrochemical principle to do metallographic sample preparation. The samples which adopt electrolytic polishing and etching avoid the deformation layer caused by the mechanical polishing, so the organization is true without illusion. Therefore it is the best method of preparation of titanium, aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals and high-temperature alloy samples. The instrument is designed to have higher operating voltage and operating current, metallographic preparation for the larger size of the sample, especially suitable for welding metallographic sample preparation. It is the classic choice for final chemical polishing.

Features

 

1. The maximum output of the power supply is 60V DC voltage and 25A current, which can meet the high voltage and high current requirements for electrolytic polishing of special materials and large area samples.

2. It has stable low voltage output, meeting the requirements for preparing special sample metallographic structures.

3. It can accurately and continuously adjust the working voltage or current by rotating the knob, the voltage and current display real-time on the touch screen.

4. The electrolysis time of the sample can be set and timed to end.

5. Equipped with an electrolyte circulation device, the flow rate is controllable, and fresh corrosion solution can continuously corrode the material during the sample preparation process, taking away the corrosion products on the sample. The polishing effect is better than other stirring methods.

6. The distance between the cathode and anode is fixed, which can ensure consistent corrosion parameters for each sample.

7. By using a certain diameter orifice plate and a set electrolysis current, the sample can be prepared at the required current density.

8. It is equipped with a corrosion liquid temperature display and a corrosion liquid cooling device, which can cool the corrosion liquid in operation through cooling water or other cooling media.

9. The electrolyte container is made of corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with a corrosive liquid recovery device, which facilitates the recovery of corrosive liquid.

10. It is equipped with external output contacts on the back, which is convenient for special sample preparation of electrolysis using other containers or methods.
