Introduction

ZPG-300 adopts the spring plate and magnetic suction motor to produce vibration in the left and right directions, but the spring plate connecting the polishing disc and the vibratory body has an angle, which makes the sample move circularly on the polishing disc. Unlike traditional vibratory polishing machines, it can make horizontal vibration and maximum increase the contact time with the polishing cloth, which would not generate damage layer and deformation layer. It can effectively remove and avoid the characteristics of floating, embedded and plastic rheological defects. With the final polishing suspension, it can effectively remove the final thin deformed layer on the surface of the sample and improve the light reflectivity of the sample surface to obtain the perfect metallographic observation image. It is the ideal choice for final physical polishing.
The machine has a novel and beautiful appearance, with adjustable vibration frequency and working voltage. It adopts high-definition touch screen operation, which is convenient and intuitive. The polishing disc has a detachable structure, making it easy to replace polishing consumables. Multiple samples can be placed at once without the need for personnel to be on duty. After setting the parameters, users can leave and wait for the samples to automatically complete vibration polishing. The machine also supports for delay start for schedule usage.
