Main Function

The main functions comprise three selectable testing modes-Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers-along with conversion among different hardness scales. Test results can be saved for later review or printed out, and the system automatically calculates the maximum, minimum, and average values. Additionally, an RS232 interface is provided for connection to a computer.

FAQ

Q: Should I choose manual hardness tester or fully automatic hardness tester?

A: It mainly depends on your testing requirements. Manual hardness testers are inexpensive and have a sturdy and durable mechanical structure, but they rely on the skills and experience of operators, resulting in lower testing efficiency. The fully automatic hardness tester can achieve one click measurement, with high efficiency and good consistency of results, suitable for large-scale testing.

Q: How should the force range be determined when selecting a hardness tester?

A: The choice of force range for a hardness tester directly depends on the hardness testing scale you need to use. Each standard hardness scale strictly specifies its corresponding test force and indenter type. You need to determine the required ruler based on the tested material and application standards, and the standard force value corresponding to the ruler is the range you should choose.

Q: Can we provide non-standard customized equipment?

A: Of course. As a professional test machine manufacturer, we possess strong R&D and design capabilities. If you have special test fixtures, test environments (such as high and low temperatures), control logic, or data analysis requirements, we can provide you with professional customized solutions.
